From A12
Leave A12 at Colchester and follow road towards the town centre.
At roundabout turn left signposted A134 to SUDBURY
Go over next roundabout and under railway bridge.
At next roundabout take third exit.
Follow road (A134) towards Sudbury.
After about 15 miles you go through a village called NEWTON (Golf course on green on left-hand side).
About 0.5 miles the other side of Newton turn RIGHT towards GREAT WALDINGFIELD and LAVENHAM.
At roundabout turn right. Just past village stores on the right hand side turn left towards ACTON. Follow road and go through the village of Acton.
Bull Lane is the second of two small Industrial Estates about 1.5 miles from the village of Acton.
Come up the hill and turn right into the gateway immediately past Crestland House, (opposite David Walters Fabrics). Go through the gate and we are the first unit on the right hand side.

Leave M11 at JUNCTION 8 (A120 / Stanstead Airport).
Join A120 and follow eastwards towards BRAINTREE.
At Braintree take by-pass and follow signs to SUDBURY (A131) for approximately 18 miles.
In Sudbury follow one-way system and signs towards LONG MELFORD.
At the roundabout on the edge of Sudbury take the second exit BURY ST EDMUNDS (A134).
Go up a long drawn out hill. Go over the brow and down the otherside. At the bottom there is a staggered cross roads. TURN RIGHT towards ACTON and Lavenham.
Follow road for about half a mile. There is a sharp bend (left turn is towards Lavenham). The Industrial Estate is about two hundred yards after this bend on the right-hand side.
Come up the hill and turn right into the gateway immediately past Crestland House, (opposite David Walters Fabrics). Go through the gate and we are the first unit on the right hand side.

Take the A134 towards SUDBURY.
Follow road for about 9 miles. There is a right hand turn for Long Melford (Haverhill etc) DO NOT TAKE THIS TURNING but keep on the by-pass (A134).
About 1.5 / 2 miles you come down into a dip with a staggered cross roads turn LEFT towards ACTON and Lavenham.

Take the A1071 towards HADLEIGH and SUDBURY (A134)
Follow the A1071 past Hadleigh and Boxford until you come to the ‘T' Junction where A1071 joins the A134. Turn Right towards SUDBURY you go through a village called NEWTON (Golf course on green on left-hand side).
